Jean is a frequent lecturer at dental schools and dental meetings. Her speaking engagements include Boston University Goldman Graduate School of Dentistry, University of Connecticut School of Dentistry, Harvard University School of Dentistry, Tufts University School of Dentistry, The Albany Dental Conference and The Yankee Dental Congress 29, 32, 33 and Massachusetts Dental Society. She is also an author of dental practice transition articles including “You Too Can Fund a Pension Plan after Retirement” appearing in Dental Economics, June 2004. She has also completed a series of nine educational workshops for varying stages of the dental transition entitled “Taking the Next Step”.
Jean is a graduate of Bryant College with a Bachelors in Finance and Insurance and an Associates in Real Estate, holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School, Cum Laude and a Masters in Tax Law from Boston University Graduate Law School.
Jean began her career at Price Coopers Waterhouse as a tax attorney and has concentrated in professional practice transitions for the past fifteen years. She specializes in multi-person practices and partnership transactions which traditionally involve financial, tax, and insurance issues. Partnership transactions represent both the major focus of my practice while at the same time being the greatest challenge due to the complexity of the issues.
Member of Rhode Island Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, American Bar Association, Liaison with Accounts Committee, Rhode Island Association of Life Underwriters, National Association of Life Underwriters, the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and the Practice Valuation Study Group.

Bob is a dentist, consultant, and broker. For 28 years, he operated a successful dental practice in Montpelier, Vermont. Bob is a graduate of Holy Cross College. After college, Bob taught for the Jesuits Missions in Baghdad, Iraq. |
He received a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania.
Bob is a member of the Vermont Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Rhode Island Dental Society. He has also volunteered dental services to poor and disadvantaged in foreign countries, most recently in Columbia.
Bob knows what dentists feel when they move through the transition process.
He brings his experiences and understanding in guiding his fellow dentists
through the transition process.
P. Michael McLinn, DDS

Dr. McLinn is a native of Edina, Minnesota. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry in 1969, he joined the Navy and served at Quonset Point, Rhode Island. |
Thirty five years later, after a successful private practice in Coventry, Rhode Island, he retired in October, 2004. He was a clinical instructor at the University of Rhode Island, School of Dental Hygiene, and also served as an officer in the Kent County Dental Association.
He is chairman of the Coventry Library Board of Trustees and a member
of the Coventry Library Foundation. "I still enjoy skiing, snow
shoeing, playing awful golf, woodworking, and gardening.I was very
honored to be invited to join The Almonte Fallago Group. I have known the
group for a long time and their reputation for honesty, professionalism
